Returns & Exchanges

At Greenwich Letterpress, we want you to be completely delighted with your stationery and home goods. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns of unused, unopened items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer service team via email with your order number and the list of items you wish to return to receive a return authorization.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original protective wrap to prevent damage during transit, as we cannot issue refunds for goods that arrive damaged.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix your shipping label and send the package back to our Greenwich Village studio; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days, excluding original shipping fees.
